Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida faoliyat yurituvchi pedagoglarning huquqlari, majburiyatlari va vazifalari yoritib berilgan. Unda pedagogning ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi o‘rni, bolalarning har tomonlama rivojlanishini ta’minlashdagi mas’uliyati hamda kasbiy faoliyatini tartibga soluvchi asosiy jihatlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, pedagog va ota-onalar hamkorligi, kasbiy etika va pedagogik faoliyatning ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Maqola maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida pedagogik faoliyat sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
This article examines the rights, responsibilities, and duties of preschool educators. It highlights the role of the teacher in the educational and upbringing process, the responsibility for ensuring the comprehensive development of children, and the key aspects regulating professional pedagogical activity. In addition, the importance of cooperation between educators and parents, professional ethics, and the overall significance of pedagogical work in improving the quality of preschool education are discussed. The article contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of pedagogical practice in preschool education institutions.
