Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada arterial gipertoniya bilan og‘rigan bemorlarni parvarish qilish jarayonida telemeditsina va raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish masalalari yoritilgan. Zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarining tibbiyot sohasiga kirib kelishi bemorlarning holatini masofadan turib nazorat qilish, qon bosimini muntazam kuzatish hamda davolash samaradorligini oshirish imkonini bermoqda. Maqolada aqlli tonometrlar, mobil ilovalar va masofaviy maslahatlarning gipertoniya bilan kasallangan bemorlar parvarishidagi ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, telemeditsinaning bemor va tibbiyot xodimlari o‘rtasidagi aloqani mustahkamlashi, dori vositalarini o‘z vaqtida qabul qilishni nazorat qilishdagi o‘rni ham yoritilgan. Аннотация: В этой статье рассматриваются вопросы использования телемедицины и цифровых технологий в уходе за пациентами с артериальной гипертензией. Внедрение современных информационных технологий в медицинскую сферу позволяет дистанционно контролировать состояние пациентов, осуществлять регулярный мониторинг артериального давления, повышать эффективность лечения. В статье подчеркивается важность интеллектуальных тонометров, мобильных приложений и удаленных консультаций в уходе за пациентами с гипертонией. Также освещается роль телемедицины в укреплении связи между пациентом и медицинским персоналом, в контроле за своевременным приемом лекарств. Представленная информация подтверждает важность цифровых технологий для предотвращения осложнений гипертонии и улучшения качества жизни пациентов.
Abstract: This article covers the issues of telemedicine and the use of digital technologies in the care of patients with arterial hypertension. The penetration of modern information technologies into the medical sphere makes it possible to remotely control the condition of patients, regularly monitor blood pressure and increase the effectiveness of treatment. The article shows the importance of smart tonometers, mobile applications and remote counseling in the care of patients with hypertension. The role of telemedicine in strengthening the connection between the patient and medical personnel, in controlling the timely intake of drugs is also covered. The cited data substantiates the importance of digital technologies in preventing complications of hypertension and improving the quality of life of patients.
