Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Astragalus turkumiga mansub o‘simliklarning kimyoviy tarkibi bo‘yicha mavjud ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilindi. Astragalus o‘simliklari biologik faol moddalarga boy bo‘lib, xalq tabobati va zamonaviy farmatsiyada keng qo‘llaniladi. Adabiyotlar tahlili natijasida ushbu o‘simlik tarkibida flavonoidlar, saponinlar, polisaxaridlar, aminokislotalar, mikro va makroelementlar mavjudligi aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari Astragalus o‘simligining farmakologik ahamiyatini ilmiy asoslashga xizmat qiladi hamda kelgusidagi eksperimental tadqiqotlar uchun nazariy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
Abstract: This article presents a review of scientific literature on the chemical composition of plants belonging to the genus Astragalus. Astragalus species are rich in biologically active compounds and are widely used in traditional medicine and modern pharmacology. Literature analysis revealed the presence of flavonoids, saponins, polysaccharides, amino acids, and macro- and microelements in Astragalus plants. The results of the review confirm the pharmacological significance of Astragalus and provide a theoretical basis for further experimental research.
