SUN’IY INTELLEKT TEXNOLOGIYALARINING ISHLAB CHIQARISH VA XIZMATLAR SOHASIDAGI MEHNAT UNUMDORLIGIGA TA’SIRI.

Abstract

Annotatsiya: ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining O’zbekistonda ishlab chiqarish va xizmatlar sohasidagi mehnat unumdorligiga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida SI texnologiyalarini joriy etishning samaradorlikka, resurslardan foydalanish va ish jarayonlarini optimallashtirishga ta’siri ko’rib chiqiladi. Sun’iy intellekt sohasidagi qator yangilanish va o’zgarishlar xalqaro maydon bo’ylab ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va mehnat bozorida bir qancha o’zgarishlarga sabab bo’lmoqda. SI rivojlanishi natijasida bir qator sohalarga yangilanishlar kiritilishi iqtisodiyotga imkoniyatlar yaratayotgan bo’lsa, bir tomondan esa bu mehnat bozoridagi ayrim sohalarning yo’q bo’lib ketishiga tahdid solmoqda. Tadqiqot natijalari sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining joriy etish mehnat unumdorligini oshirishning muhim omili ekanligini asoslab beradi.

Аннотация: В данной статье проводится научный анализ влияния технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) на производительность труда в производственном и сервисном секторах Узбекистана. В рамках исследования рассматривается влияние внедрения технологий ИИ на эффективность, использование ресурсов и оптимизацию рабочих процессов. Ряд инноваций и изменений в области искусственного интеллекта приводит к ряду социальных, экономических и трудовых изменений на международной арене. В результате развития ИИ внедрение инноваций в различных секторах создает возможности для экономики, одновременно представляя угрозу для отдельных сфер рынка труда. Результаты исследования обосновывают, что внедрение технологий искусственного интеллекта является важным фактором повышения производительности труда.

Abstract: This article provides a scientific analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on labor productivity in the production and service sectors in Uzbekistan. Within the scope of the study, the effects of implementing AI technologies on efficiency, resource utilization, and optimization of work processes are examined. A number of innovations and changes in the field of artificial intelligence are causing several social, economic, and labor market transformations internationally. As a result of AI development, the introduction of innovations in various sectors creates opportunities for the economy, while at the same time posing a threat to certain areas of the labor market. The results of the study justify that the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies is an important factor in enhancing labor productivity.
