Mazkur ilmiy maqolada uzluksiz ta’lim tizimining mohiyati, uni tashkil etish va rivojlantirishning asosiy prinsiplari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Uzluksiz ta’limning shaxs kamoloti, jamiyat taraqqiyoti va raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlashdagi o‘rni yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, uzluksiz ta’limni amalga oshirishda zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, innovatsion texnologiyalar va ta’lim bosqichlari o‘rtasidagi uzviylik masalalariga e’tibor qaratiladi.
This scientific article analyzes the essence of the continuing education system, the main principles of its organization and development from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The role of continuing education in personal development, social development and training of competitive personnel is highlighted. Attention is also paid to the issues of modern pedagogical approaches, innovative technologies and continuity between educational stages in the implementation of continuing education.
