Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada akademik litsey o‘quvchilarining jismoniy tayyorgarligini takomillashtirishda chidamlilik va tezkorlik sifatlarini rivojlantirishning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu sifatlarni oshirishga qaratilgan samarali mashg‘ulot usullari, metodik tavsiyalar hamda amaliy misollar keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘quvchilarning sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish va ularning jismoniy hamda ruhiy salomatligini mustahkamlashda muhim o‘rin tutadi.
Annotation: This article discusses the importance of developing endurance and speed qualities in academic lyceum students as part of improving their physical fitness. Effective training methods, methodological recommendations, and practical examples aimed at enhancing these qualities are presented. The findings emphasize the role of physical training in strengthening students’ physical and psychological health and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
