Annotatsiya: Maqolada qisman va to‘liq adentiyada protez tanlash masalalari tibbiy-amaliy nuqtayi nazardan yoritilgan. Zamonaviy stomatologiyada bemorning klinik holati, og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ining anatomik xususiyatlari, estetik va funksional talablarni hisobga olgan holda protez konstruktsiyasini tanlash dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Qisman adentiyada ko‘proq byugel protezlar, shuningdek, qattiq va yumshoq plastmassadan tayyorlangan olinadigan protezlar qo‘llanilsa, to‘liq adentiyada funksional qulaylik va mustahkamlikni ta’minlaydigan to‘liq olinadigan plastmassa protezlar hamda implantatsiyaga asoslangan protez tizimlari keng qo‘llaniladi. Tadqiqotda protez tanlash mezonlari, klinik ko‘rsatmalar, bemorning individual ehtiyojlari va yangi texnologik yechimlarning afzalliklari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
Abstract: The article discusses the issues of prosthesis selection for partial and complete adentia from a medical and practical perspective. In modern dentistry, choosing a prosthetic construction that takes into account the patient's clinical condition, anatomical features of the oral cavity, and aesthetic and functional requirements is one of the most pressing issues. In partial adentia, clasp prostheses, as well as removable prostheses made of hard and soft plastic, are more commonly used. In complete adentia, fully removable plastic prostheses and implant-based prosthetic systems that provide functional comfort and durability are widely used. The study examines the criteria for prosthesis selection, clinical indications, individual patient needs, and the advantages of new technological solutions.
Аннотация: В статье освещены вопросы выбора протеза при частичной и полной адентии с медико-практической точки зрения. В современной стоматологии выбор конструкции протеза с учетом клинического состояния пациента, анатомических особенностей полости рта, эстетических и функциональных требований является одной из актуальных задач. При частичной адентии чаще применяются бюгельные протезы, а также съемные протезы из твердой и мягкой пластмассы, при полной адентии широко используются полные съемные пластмассовые протезы и протезные системы на основе имплантатов, обеспечивающие функциональное удобство и прочность. В исследовании рассматриваются критерии выбора протеза, клинические показания, индивидуальные потребности пациента и преимущества новых технологических решений.
