Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada yoshlarni kasbga yo‘naltirishning bugungi kundagi dolzarbligi, uning ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni hamda yoshlarning kelajakdagi kasbiy faoliyatini to‘g‘ri tanlashdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, kasb tanlash jarayoniga ta’sir etuvchi omillar, zamonaviy mehnat bozori talablarining o‘zgarishi va yoshlarni kasbga yo‘naltirishning samarali usullari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yoshlarni kasbga to‘g‘ri yo‘naltirish ularning shaxsiy rivojlanishi, bandligini ta’minlash va mamlakatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy taraqqiyotiga munosib hissa qo‘shishida muhim omil hisoblanadi.
Аннотация: В данной статье анализируется актуальность профориентации молодежи сегодня, ее роль в системе образования и важность для правильного выбора будущей профессиональной деятельности для молодых людей. Также рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на процесс выбора профессии, изменения требований современного рынка труда и эффективные методы профориентации молодежи. Результаты исследования показывают, что правильная профориентация молодежи является важным фактором обеспечения их личностного развития, трудоустройства и достойного вклада в социально-экономическое развитие страны.
Abstract: This article analyzes the relevance of youth career guidance today, its role in the education system, and its importance in the correct choice of future professional activities for young people. It also covers the factors influencing the process of career choice, changes in the requirements of the modern labor market, and effective methods of career guidance for young people. The results of the study show that the correct career guidance of young people is an important factor in ensuring their personal development, employment, and a worthy contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.
