It analyzes the role of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) in automating routine tasks and enhancing the quality of management decision-making. Statistical evidence highlights the significant efficiency of digitalization: the implementation of ATS can reduce recruitment time by up to 20%, while the use of advanced employee engagement tools is linked to a 21% increase in profitability and a 17% rise in productivity.
