Annotatsiya:Mazkur maqolada axborotlashgan jamiyat sharoitida ijtimoiy xizmatlarning roli va ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining rivojlanishi ijtimoiy xizmatlar tizimining samaradorligini oshirish, aholiga xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini yaxshilash hamda ijtimoiy himoya tizimini modernizatsiya qilishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida ijtimoiy xizmatlarning mazmuni, vazifalari, axborotlashgan jamiyatdagi rivojlanish tendensiyalari hamda raqamli texnologiyalar asosida ijtimoiy xizmatlarni takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda ijtimoiy xizmatlar tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar ham ko‘rib chiqilgan.
Abstract:This article analyzes the role and importance of social services in the information society. The development of information and communication technologies plays an important role in improving the efficiency of social services and enhancing the quality of services provided to the population. The study examines the essence and functions of social services, their development trends in the information society, and ways to improve them through digital technologies. In addition, the reforms aimed at developing the social service system in Uzbekistan are also analyzed.
Аннотация:В статье рассматриваются роль и значение социальных услуг в условиях информационного общества. Развитие информационно-коммуникационных технологий оказывает значительное влияние на систему социальных услуг. Проанализированы сущность социальных услуг, их функции и направления развития в современном обществе. Особое внимание уделено реформам, направленным на совершенствование системы социальных услуг в Республике Узбекистан.
