Abstract

Maqolada dzyudo kurashiga dastlabki o‘rgatilayotgan 15-17 yoshli sportchilarning umumiy va maxsus jismoniy tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan mashg‘ulot metodikasining mazmuni yoritilgan. Metodika umumrivojlantiruvchi, maxsus-tayyorlov va dzyudoga xos mashqlarni izchil uyg‘unlashtirish, yuklamalarni bosqichma-bosqich oshirish hamda texnik bajarish sifatini nazorat qilishga asoslangan. Mashg‘ulot jarayoni moslashtiruvchi-tayyorlov, rivojlantiruvchi va takomillashtiruvchi-integral bosqichlarga ajratilgan. Har bir bosqichda mashqlarning mazmuni, davomiyligi, seriyalar soni, dam olish oralig‘i va qarshilik darajasi sportchilarning boshlang‘ich tayyorgarligi hamda funksional imkoniyatlariga muvofiq belgilangan. Taklif etilgan metodika 15-17 yoshida dzyudoga jalb etilgan boshlovchi sportchilarning umumiy harakat poydevorini shakllantirish, maxsus ushlash kuchi va chidamliligini rivojlantirish hamda bazaviy texnik harakatlarni o‘zlashtirish jarayonini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan.

The article presents a training methodology aimed at developing the general and special physical fitness of 15-17-year-old athletes at the initial stage of judo training. The methodology is based on the consistent integration of general developmental, special preparatory, and judo-specific exercises, gradual progression of training loads, and regular control of technical execution quality. The training process is divided into adaptation-preparatory, developmental, and improvement-integrative stages. At each stage, the content of exercises, duration, number of sets, rest intervals, and resistance level are determined according to the athletes’ initial preparedness and functional abilities. The proposed methodology is designed to establish a general motor foundation, improve specific grip strength and endurance, and enhance the acquisition of basic judo techniques in beginner athletes who start judo at the age of 15-17.
