Mazkur maqolada yurak-qon tomir tizimining anatomik tuzilishi, uning funksional xususiyatlari hamda yosh o'tishi bilan yuz beradigan morfologik o'zgarishlar ilmiy nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilingan. Miokard, endokard, epikard va qon tomir devorining tuzilishi, ularning gistologik va funksional ahamiyati batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, qarish jarayonida yurak mushagi tolalarida kuzatiladigan fibroz, elastik tolalarning kamayishi, arteriya devorining qattiqlashishi (arterioskleroz) va endoteliy funksiyasining pasayishi kabi involyutsion o'zgarishlarning morfologik asoslari tahlil qilingan. This article presents a scientific analysis of the anatomical structure of the cardiovascular system, its functional characteristics, and the morphological changes that occur with aging. The structure of the myocardium, endocardium, epicardium, and vascular wall, along with their histological and functional significance, is described in detail. The morphological basis of age-related involutional changes, including myocardial fibrosis, reduction of elastic fibers, arterial wall stiffening, and decreased endothelial function, is analyzed. The article also discusses the clinical significance of these changes, including increased risk of hypertension, atherosclerosis, and heart failure, along with preventive approaches.
