Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada yosh futbolchilarni tayyorlash jarayonining pedagogik asoslari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Futbol mashg‘ulotlarida nafaqat texnik va taktik ko‘nikmalarni o‘rgatish, balki o‘quvchilarning jismoniy, ruhiy va ma’naviy jihatdan barkamol shaxs bo‘lib shakllanishi ham muhim hisoblanadi. Shuning uchun maqolada yosh futbolchilarni tayyorlashda qo‘llaniladigan pedagogik tamoyillar, usul va vositalar, shuningdek, individual yondashuv, ko‘rgazmalilik va izchillik kabi muhim jihatlar yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida yosh futbolchilarning yosh xususiyatlariga mos o‘quv-mashg‘ulotlar tizimi, ularni bosqichma-bosqich tayyorlash modeli va pedagogik yondashuvlarning amaliy samaradorligi o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, futbol mashg‘ulotlarining tarbiyaviy ahamiyati, ya’ni jamoaviylik, intizom, mas’uliyat, iroda va do‘stlik kabi axloqiy sifatlarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni tahlil etilgan. Maqola yosh futbolchilarni tayyorlash jarayonida o‘quv-tarbiyaviy maqsadlarni uyg‘unlashtirish zarurligini asoslab beradi va murabbiylar, jismoniy tarbiya o‘qituvchilari hamda sport sohasi mutaxassislari uchun metodik qo‘llanma vazifasini bajarishi mumkin.
Abstract: This article provides an in-depth analysis of the pedagogical foundations of the process of training young football players. In football training, it is important not only to teach technical and tactical skills, but also to form students as physically, mentally and spiritually well-rounded individuals. Therefore, the article highlights the pedagogical principles, methods and tools used in the training of young football players, as well as important aspects such as an individual approach, demonstrativeness and consistency. In the process of research, the system of training sessions appropriate to the age characteristics of young football players, the model of their gradual training and the practical effectiveness of pedagogical approaches were studied. The educational value of football training, namely its role in the formation of moral qualities such as teamwork, discipline, responsibility, will and friendship, was also analyzed. The article justifies the need to harmonize educational goals in the process of training young football players and can serve as a methodological guide for coaches, physical education teachers and sports specialists.
