Abstract

In this thesis, the role and significance of reinsurance in ensuring the financial stability of insurance companies are highlighted. The reinsurance mechanism is scientifically explained as a tool that strengthens the financial stability of companies by diversifying risks, increasing capital efficiency, and mitigating large losses. In addition, the prospects for the development of reinsurance in international practice and in the insurance market of Uzbekistan are analyzed.
