Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada motivatsiya fenomenining psixologik mazmuni, shaxs faoliyatini boshqaruvchi motivlarning tarkibi hamda ularni o‘rganish metodlari tahlil qilinadi. Motivatsiyani baholashda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy diagnostik usullar — kuzatish, suhbat, so‘rovnoma, proektiv metodlar va testlar haqida ma’lumot beriladi. Mazkur metodlar yordamida shaxsning ichki ehtiyojlari, harakatga undovchi omillar va motivatsion strukturaning xususiyatlari aniqlanishi ta’kidlanadi.
Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются психологическая сущность мотивации, структура мотивов, определяющих поведение и деятельность личности, а также методы изучения мотивационных процессов. Описываются основные диагностические подходы — наблюдение, интервью, опросники, проективные методики и тесты. Отмечается, что данные методы позволяют выявить внутренние потребности человека, побуждающие факторы и особенности мотивационной структуры личности.
Annotation: This article examines the psychological nature of motivation, the structure of motives that guide human behavior, and the main methods used to study motivational processes. Key diagnostic approaches — observation, interviews, questionnaires, projective techniques, and tests — are discussed. These methods help identify an individual’s internal needs, driving factors, and specific characteristics of their motivational structure.
