Abstract

This article explores approaches to improve students' abilities in analyzing literary texts in the classroom. Acknowledging the difficulties students encounter in literary analysis, the study investigates various teaching methods aimed at promoting critical thinking and deeper engagement with the texts. By employing a mix of interactive discussions, focused exercises, and group projects, the research emphasizes successful strategies that not only enhance analytical abilities but also boost students' confidence in their interpretations. Results show that students engaged in structured activities experience a significant improvement in their capacity to identify themes, analyze characters, and appreciate stylistic features.
