Abstract

Annotatsiya:Ushbu maqolada dzyudo kurashiga dastlabki o‘rgatish bosqichida 10–12 yoshli o‘g‘il bolalarning maxsus jismoniy tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan uslubiyat ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot davomida yosh sportchilarning kuch, tezkorlik, chidamlilik, epchillik va muvozanat kabi maxsus jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishda qo‘llanilgan mashqlar tizimi va mashg‘ulotlar mazmuni tahlil qilindi. Tajriba-sinov natijalari dzyudo mashg‘ulotlarida maxsus jismoniy tayyorgarlikka yo‘naltirilgan mashqlardan samarali foydalanish sportchilarning umumiy va maxsus tayyorgarlik darajasini oshirishga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqladi. 

Abstract:This article scientifically substantiates a methodology aimed at developing special physical preparedness of 10–12-year-old boys during the initial stage of judo training. In the course of the study, a system of exercises and the content of training sessions used to develop special physical qualities such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, and balance in young athletes were analyzed. The results of the experimental study confirmed that the effective use of exercises focused on special physical training in judo practice has a positive impact on improving the general and special physical preparedness of athletes.
