Mazkur maqolada karyer ekskavatorlarida qo‘llaniladigan elektr yuritma tizimlarining ish unumdorligiga tog‘ jinslarining maydalanganlik darajasi ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida turli granulometrik tarkibga ega tog‘ jinslari bilan ishlash sharoitida elektr yuritmaning yuklanish ko‘rsatkichlari, energiya sarfi va ish siklining davomiyligi o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar asosida elektr yuritma samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha xulosalar berildi.
This article presents a scientific analysis of the influence of rock fragmentation degree on the performance of electric drive systems used in open-pit mining excavators. During the research, the operating conditions of electric drives were studied for rocks with different granulometric compositions, focusing on load characteristics, energy consumption, and operating cycle duration. Based on the obtained results, conclusions were drawn on improving the efficiency of electric drive systems.
