Abstract

Annotatsiya: Maqolada boshqaruv jarayonida xodimlarning faol ishtiroki va rahbarlarning ishtirokchi yondashuvi tashkilot samaradorligiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, xodimlarni qaror qabul qilish jarayoniga jalb qilish ish samaradorligini oshiradi, innovatsion yechimlar ishlab chiqilishiga yordam beradi, resurslardan samarali foydalanishni ta’minlaydi va barqaror boshqaruv muhitini yaratadi. Shu bilan birga, rahbarlarning motivatsion yondashuvi va xodimlarning faol ishtiroki jamoaviy ish samaradorligini va tashkilot raqobatbardoshligini sezilarli darajada kuchaytiradi. Tadqiqot rahbarlar va boshqaruv tizimi uchun xodimlarni faol jalb qilish, motivatsiyani oshirish va innovatsion qarorlar qabul qilish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.

Abstract: The article explores the impact of employees’ active participation and participative leadership on organizational performance. The research results indicate that involving employees in decision-making processes enhances work efficiency, facilitates innovative solutions, ensures effective resource utilization, and creates a stable management environment. Moreover, leaders’ motivational approach combined with active employee engagement significantly strengthens team productivity and organizational competitiveness. The study provides practical insights for managers and organizational systems in developing strategies to actively involve employees, increase motivation, and make innovative decisions.
