Аннотация: Дисфункция щитовидной железы занимает важное место в структуре эндокринных заболеваний и оказывает многостороннее влияние на различные органы и системы организма. Одной из наиболее чувствительных систем к изменению уровня тиреоидных гормонов является желудочно-кишечный тракт. Нарушения функции щитовидной железы сопровождаются изменениями моторной, секреторной и всасывательной активности желудочно-кишечного тракта, что приводит к развитию клинически значимых функциональных и органических расстройств. В статье рассмотрены основные механизмы влияния гипо- и гипертиреоза на состояние и регуляцию желудочно-кишечного тракта, а также клинические проявления данных нарушений. Подчёркнута необходимость комплексного подхода к диагностике и лечению пациентов с сочетанной эндокринной и гастроэнтерологической патологией.
Annotation: Thyroid dysfunction plays a significant role in the structure of endocrine diseases and has a multifaceted impact on various organs and systems of the body. One of the most sensitive systems to changes in thyroid hormone levels is the gastrointestinal tract. Disorders of thyroid function are accompanied by alterations in the motor, secretory, and absorptive activity of the gastrointestinal tract, leading to the development of clinically significant functional and organic disorders. This article discusses the main mechanisms of the influence of hypo- and hyperthyroidism on the state and regulation of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as the clinical manifestations of these disorders. The necessity of a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with combined endocrine and gastrointestinal pathology is emphasized.
