Ushbu maqolada pedagogik muloqot orqali shaxsni tarbiyalash jarayonida ijtimoiy muhit omillarining o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ta’lim muassasasi, oila, tengdoshlar guruhi, ommaviy axborot vositalari hamda ijtimoiy-madaniy muhitning shaxs kamolotiga ta’siri pedagogik nuqtayi nazardan yoritib beriladi. Pedagogik muloqot tarbiyaviy jarayonning asosiy vositasi sifatida qaralib, o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi samarali muloqot shaxsda ijtimoiy faollik, mustaqil fikrlash, axloqiy fazilatlar va mas’uliyat hissini shakllantirishga xizmat qilishi asoslab beriladi.
В данной статье анализируется роль и значение социальных факторов среды в процессе воспитания личности посредством педагогического общения. В исследовании с педагогической точки зрения раскрывается влияние образовательного учреждения, семьи, группы сверстников, средств массовой информации и социально-культурной среды на формирование личности. Педагогическое общение рассматривается как основной инструмент воспитательного процесса, при этом обосновывается, что эффективное взаимодействие между учителем и учащимся способствует формированию у личности социальной активности, самостоятельного мышления, нравственных качеств и чувства ответственности.
This article analyzes the role and significance of social environmental factors in the process of personality development through pedagogical communication. The study examines, from a pedagogical perspective, the influence of educational institutions, family, peer groups, mass media, and the socio-cultural environment on personal development. Pedagogical communication is considered as the main tool of the educational process, and it is substantiated that effective interaction between teachers and students contributes to the formation of social activity, independent thinking, moral qualities, and a sense of responsibility in individuals.
