Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqola dorivor o‘simliklarning farmakologik xususiyatlari va zamonaviy klinik amaliyotdagi real ahamiyatini ilmiy asosda yoritadi. Maqolada dorivor o‘simliklarning ming yillik tarixiy tajribasi, ular tarkibidagi asosiy bioaktiv birikmalar (alkaloidlar, flavonoidlar, terpenoidlar, glikozidlar), farmakologik ta’sir mexanizmlari va eng so‘nggi klinik tadqiqotlar (RCT, meta-tahlillar, Cochrane sharhlari) asosida dalillar keltirilgan. Maxsus e’tibor antimikrobial chidamlilik, xronik yallig‘lanishli kasalliklar, onkologiya va neyrodegenerativ holatlarda o‘simlik preparatlarining sinergik va qo‘shimcha terapiya sifatidagi o‘rni berilgan. O‘zbekiston va Markaziy Osiyo florasi misolida mintaqaviy dorivor o‘simliklarning ilmiy potentsiali ko‘rsatilgan. Maqola standartizatsiya, xavfsizlik va kelajakdagi biotexnologik yondashuvlar muhokama qilinib, xulosa qismida dorivor o‘simliklarning XXI asr tibbiyotidagi ajralmas o‘rni ta’kidlanadi.

Annotation. This article comprehensively reviews the pharmacological properties of medicinal plants and their practical significance in contemporary clinical medicine based on evidence-based data. It covers millennia of historical use, major classes of bioactive compounds (alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, glycosides), mechanisms of action, and the latest clinical evidence (RCTs, meta-analyses, Cochrane reviews). Special emphasis is placed on the role of phytopharmaceuticals in combating antimicrobial resistance, chronic inflammatory conditions, oncology, and neurodegenerative disorders as synergistic and adjuvant therapies. Using the flora of Uzbekistan and Central Asia as an example, the scientific potential of regional medicinal plants is highlighted. Issues of standardization, safety, and future biotechnological approaches are discussed. The conclusion underscores the indispensable role of medicinal plants in 21st-century healthcare.
