KOXLEAR IMPLANT VA UNING BOLA HAYOTIDAGI TUTGAN O’RNI VA AHAMIYATI

Abstract

  Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada koxlear implant tushunchasi, uning ishlash mexanizmi hamda eshitishida og‘ir darajadagi nuqsoni bo‘lgan bolalar hayotidagi tutgan o‘rni va ahamiyati keng yoritiladi. Koxlear implantning bolalarda eshitish sezgisini qisman tiklash, nutq va til rivojini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, atrof-muhit bilan muloqotini faollashtirishdagi roli ilmiy-pedagogik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, implantatsiya jarayonining erta yoshda amalga oshirilishi bolaning kognitiv, ijtimoiy-emotsional va psixologik rivojiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi asoslab beriladi. Annotatsiyada koxlear implant qo‘llanilgan bolalarning ta’lim jarayoniga moslashuvi, inklyuziv ta’lim sharoitida muvaffaqiyatli ishtirok etishi, tengdoshlar bilan samarali muloqotga kirisha olishi masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Shuningdek, ota-onalar, pedagoglar, logopedlar va surdopedagoglarning hamkorligi koxlear implantli bolalarning reabilitatsiyasi va rivojlanishida muhim omil ekani ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada koxlear implantning bola hayot sifatini yaxshilash, mustaqil fikrlash va jamiyatga moslashuv darajasini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ilmiy dalillar asosida yoritilib, ushbu texnologiyaning zamonaviy maxsus pedagogika va tibbiyotdagi o‘rni ochib beriladi. Ushbu annotatsiya koxlear implant muammosi bilan shug‘ullanuvchi mutaxassislar, pedagoglar, talaba va ota-onalar uchun nazariy va amaliy jihatdan muhim manba bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.

Аннотация: В данной статье подробно рассматривается понятие кохлеарного импланта, механизм его функционирования, а также его роль и значение в жизни детей с тяжёлыми нарушениями слуха. С научно-педагогической точки зрения анализируется влияние кохлеарной имплантации на восстановление слухового восприятия, развитие речи и языка, а также на активизацию общения ребёнка с окружающей средой. Обосновывается, что проведение имплантации в раннем возрасте оказывает положительное влияние на когнитивное, социально-эмоциональное и психологическое развитие ребёнка. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам адаптации детей с кохлеарным имплантом к образовательному процессу, их успешному участию в условиях инклюзивного образования и формированию эффективного взаимодействия со сверстниками. Также подчёркивается важность сотрудничества родителей, педагогов, логопедов и сурдопедагогов в процессе реабилитации и развития детей с кохлеарным имплантом. В статье на основе научных данных раскрывается значение кохлеарного импланта в повышении качества жизни ребёнка, развитии самостоятельного мышления и уровня социальной адаптации, а также определяется его место в современной специальной педагогике и медицине. Данная аннотация представляет интерес для специалистов, педагогов, студентов и родителей, занимающихся проблемами кохлеарной имплантации.

Annotation: This article provides a comprehensive overview of the concept of cochlear implantation, its mechanism of operation, and its role and significance in the lives of children with severe hearing impairments. From a scientific and pedagogical perspective, the impact of cochlear implants on the partial restoration of hearing, speech and language development, and the enhancement of a child’s interaction with the surrounding environment is analyzed. The article substantiates that early cochlear implantation has a positive effect on a child’s cognitive, socio-emotional, and psychological development. Special attention is given to the adaptation of children with cochlear implants to the educational process, their successful participation in inclusive education settings, and their ability to establish effective communication with peers. The importance of cooperation among parents, teachers, speech therapists, and audiologists in the rehabilitation and developmental process of children with cochlear implants is also emphasized. Based on scientific evidence, the article highlights the significance of cochlear implants in improving a child’s quality of life, fostering independent thinking, and increasing the level of social integration, while also defining their role in modern special education and medicine. This annotation serves as a valuable theoretical and practical resource for specialists, educators, students, and parents involved in cochlear implantation issues.
