ЛЮБОВЬ И ДРУЖБА КАК ПУТИ СПАСЕНИЯ ДУХОВНОГО МИРА НА ПРИМЕРЕ ПОВЕСТИ А.И. КУПРИНА "ПОЕДИНОК"

Abstract

Аннотация: В статье рассматривается проблема духовного кризиса личности в повести А. И. Куприна «Поединок» через призму категорий любви и дружбы. Анализируется образ главного героя Георгия Ромашова, его внутренний конфликт с военной средой, основанной на насилии и подавлении индивидуальности. Особое внимание уделяется интерпретации любви и дружбы как форм духовного сопротивления и возможных путей сохранения человеческого достоинства. Показано, что трагическая несостоятельность этих ценностей обусловлена социальными и нравственными условиями изображаемой действительности. Делается вывод о гуманистическом пафосе произведения и его значении в контексте русской литературы начала XX века.

Abstract. The article examines the problem of the spiritual crisis of personality in A. I. Kuprin’s novella The Duel through the categories of love and friendship. The image of the protagonist, Georgy Romashov, and his inner conflict with the military environment based on violence and suppression of individuality are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the interpretation of love and friendship as forms of spiritual resistance and possible ways of preserving human dignity. It is shown that the tragic failure of these values is determined by the social and moral conditions of the depicted reality. The article emphasizes the humanistic pathos of the work and its significance in the context of early twentieth-century Russian literature.
