Annotatsiya: Masofaviy ishlashning O‘zbekistondagi rivojlanishi haqida batafsilroq so‘z yuritish uchun avvalo bu tushunchaning mohiyatini va uning global kontekstdagi o‘rnini chuqur anglab olish muhimdir. Masofaviy ishlash yoki remote work – bu xodimlarning ish faoliyatini ofis hududidan tashqarida, ko‘pincha uydan yoki boshqa joylardan amalga oshirish shaklidir. So‘nggi yillarda, ayniqsa, raqamli texnologiyalar va internet infratuzilmalari rivojlanishi natijasida masofaviy ishning dunyo miqyosida keng yoyilishi kuzatildi. Bu esa o‘z navbatida ishchi kuchi bozorida tub o‘zgarishlarga olib kelmoqda.
Аннотация: Для более подробного обсуждения развития удалённой работы в Узбекистане важно сначала понять суть этого понятия и его место в мировом контексте. Удалённая работа — это форма работы сотрудника вне офиса, часто из дома или других мест. В последние годы, особенно в связи с развитием цифровых технологий и интернет-инфраструктуры, удалённая работа получила широкое распространение во всём мире. Это, в свою очередь, приводит к фундаментальным изменениям на рынке труда.
Abstract: In order to discuss the development of remote work in Uzbekistan in more detail, it is important to first understand the essence of this concept and its place in the global context. Remote work is a form of employee work outside the office, often from home or other places. In recent years, especially as a result of the development of digital technologies and Internet infrastructure, remote work has become widespread worldwide. This, in turn, is leading to fundamental changes in the labor market.
