Ushbu maqolada botulizm va ovqat toksikoinfeksiyalari kasalliklari, ularning kelib chiqish sabablari, rivojlanish mexanizmi, klinik belgilari hamda profilaktika choralariga oid ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini noto‘g‘ri saqlash, gigiyena qoidalariga rioya qilmaslik va sifatsiz mahsulotlarni iste’mol qilish natijasida kelib chiqadigan kasalliklarning oldini olish usullari yoritilgan. Aholi salomatligini saqlashda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash va sanitariya-gigiyena qoidalariga amal qilish muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ko‘rsatib berilgan.
This article discusses botulism and food toxicoinfections, their causes, mechanisms of development, clinical symptoms, and preventive measures. Special attention is given to preventive strategies aimed at ensuring food safety and maintaining sanitary and hygienic standards to protect public health.
