Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola “Qandli diabetda metabolik o’zgarishlar vaklinik ahamiyati” mavzusiga bag‘ishlangan bo‘lib, kasallikning molekulyar va biokimyoviy asoslarini, klinik diagnostika mezonlari va metabolik oqibatlarini tizimli ko‘rib chiqadi. Maqolada 1-tip va 2-tip diabetning patofiziologik farqlari — β-hujayra disfunktsiyasi va insulin rezistentligi — hamda bu holatlarning glukozaning hujayra ichiga kirishi, glikoliz, glikogenez, glikogenoliz va glyukoneogenez kabi asosiy karbogidrat yo‘llariga qanday ta’sir qilishi yoritiladi.
Abstract: This article is devoted to the topic 'Metabolic Changes and Clinical Significance in Diabetes Mellitus' and systematically reviews the molecular and biochemical bases of the disease, clinical diagnostic criteria, and metabolic consequences. The paper highlights the pathophysiological differences between type 1 and type 2 diabetes — β-cell dysfunction and insulin resistance — and explains how these conditions affect glucose uptake into cells as well as key carbohydrate pathways such as glycolysis, glycogenesis, glycogenolysis, and gluconeogenesis.
