THE ROLE OF PRENATAL CARE IN IMPROVING MATERNAL AND FETAL OUTCOMES
Abstract
Prenatal care is a fundamental component of obstetrics that significantly contributes to the health and well-being of both mother and fetus. This article examines the importance of early and regular prenatal visits, the identification of potential complications, and the implementation of preventive strategies. The findings highlight that adequate prenatal care reduces maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality rates.
