Abstract:This article examines the analysis of future business development based on the SWOT framework. The study explores the theoretical foundations of SWOT analysis, its structural components, and its practical application in strategic business planning. In particular, a digital business model—an online education platform—is analyzed as a case study to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method. The findings indicate that SWOT analysis serves as a reliable tool for identifying internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. Furthermore, the study highlights the role of SWOT analysis in supporting strategic decision-making and improving business competitiveness. The conclusions drawn from the research can contribute to the sustainable development and effective management of future business initiatives.
Аннотация :В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы анализа будущего бизнеса на основе SWOT-метода. В исследовании изучены теоретические основы SWOT-анализа, его структурные элементы и возможности практического применения в стратегическом планировании бизнеса. В качестве примера рассмотрена цифровая бизнес-модель — онлайн-образовательная платформа. Результаты исследования показали, что SWOT-анализ является эффективным инструментом для выявления сильных и слабых сторон бизнеса, а также оценки внешних возможностей и угроз. Кроме того, обоснована роль SWOT-анализа в процессе принятия стратегических решений и повышения конкурентоспособности бизнеса. Полученные выводы могут способствовать устойчивому развитию и эффективному управлению будущими бизнес-проектами.
