Annotatsiya.Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida bank tizimida mijozga yo‘naltirilgan modellarning shakllanishi va rivojlanish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, AT “Xalq banki” misolida zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, mijozlar ehtiyojlarini o‘rganish va xizmatlar sifatini oshirish orqali raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlash yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, raqamli bank xizmatlari, omnichannel yondashuv va personalizatsiya orqali mijozlar bilan samarali munosabatlarni yo‘lga qo‘yish istiqbollari yoritilgan.Abstract. This article analyzes the development and prospects of customer-oriented banking models in the context of digital transformation. In particular, the study examines the case of JSC “Xalq Banki” and explores ways to enhance competitiveness through the implementation of modern digital technologies, understanding customer needs, and improving service quality. The paper also highlights the role of digital banking services, omnichannel approaches, and personalization in establishing effective customer relationships.
