Annotatsiya: Iqtisodiy transformatsiya sharoitida qulay investitsion muhitni shakllantirish hamda jahon moliya bozoridan real sektorga investitsiyalarni samarali jalb etish mamlakat iqtisodiy taraqqiyotining muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Bugungi kunda rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ularning yuqori iqtisodiy natijalarga erishishida moliya bozori hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynagan. Xususan, moliya bozori orqali real sektorni moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash, bo‘sh pul resurslarini ishlab chiqarishga yo‘naltirish, yangi tarmoqlarni rivojlantirish, davlat byudjeti taqchilligini inflyatsiyaga olib kelmaydigan manbalar hisobidan qoplash hamda aholi daromadlarini moliyaviy instrumentlar orqali oshirish kabi jihatlar ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shu bilan birga, jahon iqtisodiyotida kuzatilayotgan zamonaviy o‘zgarishlar investitsiyalardan oqilona foydalanish bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lib, bu jarayon xalqaro kapital oqimlarining kengayishi va davlatlar o‘rtasidagi iqtisodiy aloqalarning chuqurlashuvi bilan izohlanadi.
Abstract: In the context of economic transformation, the formation of a favorable investment climate and the effective attraction of investments from the world financial market to the real sector are one of the important factors of the country's economic development. The experience of developed countries today shows that the financial market has played a decisive role in their achievement of high economic results. In particular, such aspects as financial support for the real sector through the financial market, directing free money resources to production, developing new industries, covering the state budget deficit from sources that do not lead to inflation, and increasing the income of the population through financial instruments are of priority importance. At the same time, modern changes observed in the world economy are directly related to the rational use of investments, and this process is explained by the expansion of international capital flows and the deepening of economic ties between countries.
Аннотация: В контексте экономических преобразований формирование благоприятного инвестиционного климата и эффективное привлечение инвестиций с мирового финансового рынка в реальный сектор являются одними из важных факторов экономического развития страны. Опыт развитых стран сегодня показывает, что финансовый рынок сыграл решающую роль в достижении ими высоких экономических результатов. В частности, первостепенное значение имеют такие аспекты, как финансовая поддержка реального сектора через финансовый рынок, направление свободных денежных ресурсов в производство, развитие новых отраслей, покрытие дефицита государственного бюджета из источников, не приводящих к инфляции, и повышение доходов населения за счет финансовых инструментов. При этом современные изменения, наблюдаемые в мировой экономике, напрямую связаны с рациональным использованием инвестиций, и этот процесс объясняется расширением международных потоков капитала и углублением экономических связей между странами.
