Abstract

Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada ekologik monitoringning tadqiqot tamoyillari, ularning ilmiy-nazariy asoslari hamda amaliy qo‘llanilish jihatlari keng yoritilgan. Ekologik monitoring atrof-muhit holatini muntazam kuzatish, baholash va prognozlashga qaratilgan tizimli jarayon sifatida tavsiflanadi. Maqolada monitoringning asosiy tamoyillari — uzluksizlik, tizimlilik, komplekslik, hududiylik, obyektivlik, aniqlik va ishonchlilik tamoyillari ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ekologik monitoring jarayonida tabiiy resurslar, atmosfera havosi, suv havzalari, tuproq qoplami hamda biologik xilma-xillik holatini o‘rganishning metodologik asoslari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalari, masofaviy zondlash usullari va geografik axborot tizimlari (GIS)dan foydalanish imkoniyatlari ham tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash, antropogen ta’sirlarni kamaytirish hamda barqaror rivojlanish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda ekologik monitoringning muhim o‘rin tutishini asoslab beradi. Mazkur maqola ekologiya sohasida ilmiy izlanish olib borayotgan tadqiqotchilar, talabalar hamda amaliyotchilar uchun nazariy va uslubiy manba sifatida xizmat qiladi.

Abstract. In this article, research principles of environmental monitoring, their scientific-theoretical foundations and aspects of practical application are widely covered. Environmental monitoring is defined as a systematic process aimed at regular observation, assessment and forecasting of the state of the environment. The main principles of monitoring are scientifically analyzed in the article - the principles of continuity, systematicity, complexity, territoriality, objectivity, accuracy and reliability. Also, in the process of environmental monitoring, the methodological bases of studying the state of natural resources, atmospheric air, water bodies, soil cover, and biological diversity are considered. The possibilities of using modern information technologies, remote sensing methods and geographic information systems (GIS) are also analyzed. The results of the research justify the important role of environmental monitoring in the development of strategies for ensuring environmental safety, reducing anthropogenic impacts, and developing sustainable development strategies. This article serves as a theoretical and methodological resource for researchers, students and practitioners conducting scientific research in the field of ecology.
