Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada ta’lim tashkilotlarida alohida yordamga muhtoj bolalarning sifatli ta’lim olishini ta’minlashda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy pedagogik va axborot texnologiyalarining o‘rni keng yoritilgan. Inklyuziv ta’lim konsepsiyasining mohiyati, uning asosiy tamoyillari hamda ushbu tizimni samarali tashkil etish yo‘llari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, individual ta’lim dasturlarini ishlab chiqish, differensial yondashuvni qo‘llash, korrеksion-rivojlantiruvchi metodlarning ahamiyati ham batafsil ochib berilgan.Maqolada, shuningdek, axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining (AKT) imkoniyatlari, raqamli ta’lim resurslari, interaktiv platformalar yordamida alohida ehtiyojli bolalarni o‘qitish samaradorligini oshirish masalalari ham yoritilgan. Bundan tashqari, ta’lim jarayonida yuzaga kelayotgan muammolar, jumladan, moddiy-texnik bazaning yetarli emasligi, pedagog kadrlar malakasining yetishmasligi hamda jamiyatdagi ijtimoiy stereotiplar tahlil qilinib, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan.
Аннотация. В данной статье подробно рассматривается роль современных педагогических и информационных технологий, используемых в образовательных организациях для обеспечения качественного образования детей с особыми потребностями. Проводится научный и теоретический анализ сущности концепции инклюзивного образования, его основных принципов и способов эффективной организации этой системы. Подробно объясняется важность разработки индивидуальных образовательных программ, использования дифференцированного подхода, а также коррекционно-развивающих методов. В статье также рассматриваются возможности информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ), цифровых образовательных ресурсов и вопросы повышения эффективности обучения детей с особыми потребностями с использованием интерактивных платформ. Кроме того, анализируются проблемы, возникающие в образовательном процессе, включая недостаточную материально-техническую базу, нехватку квалификации педагогического персонала и социальные стереотипы в обществе, и предлагаются способы их устранения.
Abstract. This article extensively covers the role of modern pedagogical and information technologies used in educational organizations in ensuring quality education for children with special needs. The essence of the concept of inclusive education, its basic principles, and ways to effectively organize this system are scientifically and theoretically analyzed. The importance of developing individual educational programs, using a differentiated approach, and correctional and developmental methods is also explained in detail. The article also covers the possibilities of information and communication technologies (ICT), digital educational resources, and issues of increasing the effectiveness of teaching children with special needs using interactive platforms. In addition, the problems arising in the educational process, including the insufficient material and technical base, the lack of qualifications of pedagogical personnel, and social stereotypes in society, are analyzed and proposals are put forward to eliminate them.
