Annotatsiya: Empatiya ushbu maqolada oddiy hissiy javob emas, balki psixolog kasbining “ichki ishlovchi mexanizmi” sifatida talqin qilinadi: u orqali mutaxassis boshqaning ichki dunyosiga kiradi, uni tushunadi va zarur yo‘nalishda ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqotlar asosida empatiya turli nazariyalarda turlicha izohlansa-da, amalda u treninglar, rolli o‘yinlar va ijtimoiy-psixologik mashg‘ulotlar orqali shakllanadigan muhim kasbiy kompetensiya ekani ko‘rsatiladi. Shu bois empatiya psixolog faoliyatida nafaqat tushunish vositasi, balki samarali muloqot va ijobiy o‘zgarishlarni ta’minlovchi asosiy strategik resurs sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi.
Annotation: Empathy in this article is interpreted not as a simple emotional response, but as an “internal working mechanism” of the psychologist’s profession: through it, a specialist enters another person’s inner world, understands it, and exerts influence in a necessary direction. Based on theoretical research, although empathy is explained differently across various approaches, in practice it is shown to be an essential professional competence formed through trainings, role-playing activities, and socio-psychological exercises. Therefore, empathy appears not only as a means of understanding, but also as a key strategic resource that ensures effective communication and positive transformation in psychological practice.
