Ushbu maqola burun bo‘shlig‘ining (cavitas nasi) anatomik tuzilishi, uning qon bilan ta’minlanishi, innervatsiyasi, fiziologik funksiyalari va yoshga bog‘liq o‘zgarishlariga bag‘ishlangan. Burun bo‘shlig‘i nafas olish tizimining boshlang‘ich qismi bo‘lib, havoni isitish, namlash, tozalash va hid bilish funksiyalarini bajaradi. Maqolada burun bo‘shlig‘i devorlari (yuqori, pastki, medial va lateral devorlar), burun konkalari (turbinatlar) va burun yo‘llari (meatus) batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, burun shilliq qavatining tuzilishi (nafas va hid bilish epiteliysi) va uning qon tomirlari (Kisselbax zonasi – qonash zonasi) yoritiladi. Yoshga oid o‘zgarishlar – bolalik davrida burun bo‘shlig‘ining o‘sishi va shakllanishi, o‘smirlikda paranazal sinuslarning rivojlanishi, katta yoshda atrofik rinit, shilliq qavatning yupqalashishi, qon tomirlarining mo‘rtlashishi va hid sezishning pasayishi (hiposmiya) kabi muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Dolzarb klinik muammolar: burun septumining egilishi, allergik rinit, surunkali sinusit, katta yoshlilarda burun qonashi (epistaksis) va burun polipozi. This article is devoted to the anatomical structure of the nasal cavity (cavitas nasi), its blood supply, innervation, physiological functions, and age-related changes. The nasal cavity is the initial part of the respiratory system, responsible for warming, humidifying, filtering inspired air, and olfaction. The article analyzes the walls of the nasal cavity (superior, inferior, medial, and lateral walls), nasal conchae (turbinates), and nasal meatuses. Additionally, the structure of the nasal mucosa (respiratory and olfactory epithelium) and its blood vessels (Kiesselbach's plexus – bleeding area) are described. Age-related changes – growth and development during childhood, development of paranasal sinuses in adolescence, and atrophic rhinitis, mucosal thinning, vessel fragility, and hyposmia in the elderly – are discussed. Current clinical challenges include deviated nasal septum, allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, epistaxis in the elderly, and nasal polyposis. Recommendations for maintaining nasal health are provided.
