Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada davlat budjeti va moliyaviy terminlarning o‘zbek tilidagi ifodalanishi, ularning grammatik xususiyatlari, iqtisodiy matnlarda qo‘llanilish darajasi hamda tilshunoslik nuqtai nazaridan tahlili yoritilgan. Davlat budjeti har qanday mamlakat iqtisodiy tizimining eng muhim tarkibiy qismlaridan biri bo‘lib, u orqali davlat moliyaviy resurslarni taqsimlaydi, ijtimoiy sohalarni moliyalashtiradi va iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlaydi. Shu sababli budjet va moliya sohasiga oid terminlarning davlat tilida to‘g‘ri, aniq va grammatik jihatdan mukammal ifodalanishi katta ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada budjet, daromad, xarajat, soliq, subsidiya, investitsiya, kredit, moliyalashtirish, davlat qarzi kabi iqtisodiy tushunchalarning o‘zbek tilidagi grammatik shakllari, ularning sintaktik va leksik xususiyatlari o‘rganiladi.
Аннотация: В данной статье рассматриваются выражение государственных бюджетных и финансовых терминов в узбекском языке, их грамматические особенности, уровень употребления в экономических текстах, а также анализ с точки зрения языкознания. Государственный бюджет является одной из важнейших составляющих экономической системы любой страны, через него государство распределяет финансовые ресурсы, финансирует социальные сферы и обеспечивает экономическую стабильность. Поэтому правильное, точное и грамматически грамотное выражение терминов, связанных с бюджетом и финансами, на государственном языке имеет большое значение.
Abstract: This article examines the expression of state budget and financial terms in the Uzbek language, their grammatical features, the level of their usage in economic texts, as well as their analysis from the linguistic point of view. The state budget is one of the most important components of the economic system of any country, through which the government distributes financial resources, finances social sectors, and ensures economic stability. Therefore, the correct, accurate, and grammatically proper expression of terms related to budget and finance in the state language is of great importance. The article studies the grammatical forms of such economic concepts as budget, income, expenditure, tax, subsidy, investment, credit, financing, and public debt, as well as their syntactic and lexical features in the Uzbek language.
