ANNOTATSIYA: Ushbu maqolada Shahrisabz davlat muzey-qo‘riqxonasi misolida muzey menejmentini modernizatsiya qilish va turistik oqimni boshqarish masalalari tadqiq etiladi. Maqolada YuNESKO merosi ob'ektlarini saqlash bilan birga, ularni iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlari, "Smart Museum" texnologiyalarini joriy etish va xalqaro turizm brendingini yaratish masalalari tahlil qilingan.
ABSTRACT: This article explores the issues of modernizing museum management and managing tourist flows using the example of the Shahrisabz State Museum-Reserve. Along with the preservation of UNESCO heritage sites, the paper analyzes mechanisms for increasing their economic efficiency, the implementation of "Smart Museum" technologies, and the creation of an international tourism brand.
