Ushbu maqolada globallashuv sharoitida xalqaro moliya institutlarining evolyutsion rivojlanish jarayoni, ularning maqsadlar tizimi hamda zamonaviy iqtisodiy muhitdagi o‘zgaruvchan funksional vazifalari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Xalqaro moliya institutlarining shakllanishi va transformatsiyasi jahon iqtisodiyotining integratsiyalashuvi, moliyaviy oqimlarning erkinlashuvi hamda global iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash zaruriyati bilan bog‘liq holda yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada ushbu institutlarning rivojlanayotgan davlatlar iqtisodiyotini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, moliyaviy inqirozlarni yumshatish va xalqaro to‘lov tizimlarini tartibga solishdagi roli tahlil etilgan. Zamonaviy raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida xalqaro moliya institutlarining funksional yangilanishi va strategik ahamiyati alohida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari global moliyaviy tizimda ushbu institutlarning o‘rnini chuqurroq anglashga xizmat qiladi.
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the evolutionary development process of international financial institutions under conditions of globalization, their system of objectives, and their changing functional roles in the modern economic environment. The formation and transformation of international financial institutions are examined in connection with the increasing integration of the global economy, the liberalization of financial flows, and the need to ensure global economic stability. In addition, the article analyzes the role of these institutions in supporting developing countries’ economies, mitigating financial crises, and regulating international payment systems. In the context of the modern digital economy, the functional renewal and strategic importance of international financial institutions are also considered. The research findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of these institutions in the global financial system.
