Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada termik pechlarning asosiy parametr va o‘lchamlarini hisoblash usullari tahlil qilingan. Pech unumdorligi, foydali tub uzunligi, qizdirish va sovitish zonalari uzunligi hamda pechdagi transport elementlari sonini aniqlash bo‘yicha hisoblash formulalari keltirilgan. Shuningdek, qizdirish kamerasidagi radiatsion trubalar va himoya gazini uzatish trubalari sonini aniqlash usullari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari termik pechlarni loyihalash, ularning konstruktiv parametrlarini optimallashtirish va samarali ishlashini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Abstract. This article analyzes the methods for calculating the main parameters and dimensions of thermal furnaces. Calculation formulas for determining the furnace efficiency, useful bottom length, heating and cooling zones, and the number of transport elements in the furnace are presented. Methods for determining the number of radiation pipes and protective gas transfer pipes in the heating chamber are also described. The results of the study are important in designing thermal furnaces, optimizing their design parameters, and ensuring their efficient operation.
