Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada XX asr o‘zbek adabiyotining yirik namoyandasi Said Ahmad ijodidagi o‘zbek ayoli obrazining badiiy-estetik xususiyatlari tadqiq etiladi. Adibning “Ufq” trilogiyasi (“Ufq”, “Hijron kunlarida”, “Jimjitlik”) va boshqa nasriy asarlaridagi ayol qahramonlar timsolida milliy xarakter, ruhiy olam, ma’naviy-axloqiy qadriyatlar hamda ijtimoiy-tarixiy sharoitning badiiy in'ikosi yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda germenevtik, qiyosiy-tarixiy, tipologik va matn ichi tahlil usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Said Ahmad o‘z asarlarida o‘zbek ayolini an'anaviy milliy qadriyatlarga sodiqlik va zamonaviy ijtimoiy hayotning yangi talablariga javob bera olish sintezida tasvirlaydi. Ayol obrazlari orqali urush va tinchlik, sadoqat va vafo, jafokashlik va matonat kabi insoniy fazilatlar chuqur ochib beriladi. Said Ahmad uslubining o‘ziga xosligi ayol qahramonlarning ichki olamini tasvirlashda, ramz va ishoralar tizimida, xalq og‘zaki ijodi an'analari bilan uyg‘unligida namoyon bo‘ladi.
Abstract. This article examines the artistic and aesthetic features of the image of an Uzbek woman in the works of Said Ahmad, a major figure in 20th-century Uzbek literature. The national character, spiritual world, spiritual and moral values, and artistic reflection of socio-historical conditions are highlighted in the image of female characters in the writer's "Horizon" trilogy ("Horizon", "Hijron kunlarida", "Jimjitlik") and other prose works. The research uses hermeneutic, comparative-historical, typological, and intratextual analysis methods. The results show that Said Ahmad depicts an Uzbek woman in his works in a synthesis of loyalty to traditional national values and the ability to meet the new requirements of modern social life. Through the images of women, such human qualities as war and peace, loyalty and fidelity, suffering and perseverance are deeply revealed. The uniqueness of Said Ahmad's style is manifested in the depiction of the inner world of female characters, in the system of symbols and allusions, in its harmony with the traditions of folk oral art.
