Maqolada mustaqillik yillarida Xorazm vohasida suv xo‘jaligi sohasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar va Toshsoqa magistral irrigatsiya tizimini rekonstruksiya qilish jarayoni tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Birinchi Prezidenti tomonidan boshlangan va Prezident Shavkat Mirziyoyev rahbarligida keng ko‘lamda davom ettirilayotgan suv xo‘jaligi islohotlari, xalqaro moliya institutlari (Islom Taraqqiyot Banki va boshqalar) bilan hamkorlikdagi loyihalar hamda suv tejovchi texnologiyalarni joriy etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xususan, Xorazm viloyatidagi 276,7 ming gektar sug‘oriladigan yerning 191,3 ming gektarini suv bilan ta’minlovchi Toshsoqa tizimining rekonstruksiyasi, 120 km kanallarning ta’mirlanishi, suv va elektr energiyasi tejash natijalari batafsil yoritilgan. Tadqiqot mustaqillik davrida suv resurslaridan samarali foydalanish va barqaror rivojlanish strategiyasining amaliy natijalarini ochib beradi.
This article analyzes the reforms implemented in the water management sector of the Khorezm oasis during the years of independence and the reconstruction process of the Toshsoqa Main Irrigation System. The study examines the water management reforms initiated by the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and extensively continued under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as well as projects carried out in cooperation with international financial institutions, including the Islamic Development Bank, and the introduction of water-saving technologies. In particular, the reconstruction of the Toshsoqa system, which supplies water to 191.3 thousand hectares out of the 276.7 thousand hectares of irrigated land in the Khorezm region, the rehabilitation of 120 km of canals, and the resulting savings in water and electrical energy are discussed in detail. The research reveals the practical outcomes of the strategy aimed at the efficient use of water resources and sustainable development during the independence period.
