Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada аxborotlashgan jamiyatni shakllantirish va uning barqaror ravishda rivojlanishi – bugungi davr talablaridan biri hisoblanishi, bu jarayonda inson salohiyatini to‘liq ro‘yobga chiqarish, axborot texnologiyalarini keng joriy etish, inson resurslarini samarali boshqarish orqali ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy sohalarda raqamli islohotlarni amalga oshirish ustuvor ahamiyat kasb qilishi, innovatsiya, raqamli texnologiyalar, inson kapitali, inson resurslarini boshqarish axborotlashgan jamiyatni rivojlantirishdagi asosiy yo‘nalishlar ekanligi, jamiyatni modernizatsiya qilishda asosiy ustuvorlikka ega bo‘l ilmiy tahlil qilingan.
Аннотация: В данной статье научно проанализирован тот факт, что формирование информационного общества и его устойчивое развитие являются одним из требований современности, в этом процессе первостепенное значение имеют полная реализация человеческого потенциала, повсеместное внедрение информационных технологий, проведение цифровых реформ в социально-экономических отраслях путем эффективного управления человеческими ресурсами, а также что инновации, цифровые технологии, человеческий капитал и управление человеческими ресурсами являются основными направлениями развития информационного общества и имеют главный приоритет в модернизации общества.
Abstract: This article scientifically analyzes the fact that the formation of an information society and its sustainable development are one of the requirements of today, in this process, the full realization of human potential, the widespread introduction of information technologies, and the implementation of digital reforms in socio-economic sectors through effective management of human resources are of paramount importance, and that innovation, digital technologies, human capital, and human resource management are the main directions in the development of an information society, and have the main priority in the modernization of society.
