Annotatsiya: Qurilish, konchilik va infratuzilma kabi asosiy sohalarda og‘ir texnikalardan foydalanish jarayonini raqamlashtirish hamda ularni real vaqt rejimida monitoring qilish xarajatlarni kamaytirish va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishning muhim vositasiga aylanmoqda. Zamonaviy sensorlar, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data hamda sun’iy intellekt (AI) texnologiyalarining joriy etilishi texnika holatini masofadan kuzatish, nosozliklarni erta aniqlash, shuningdek, oldindan bashoratlovchi texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishni tashkil etish imkonini beradi. Natijada, uskunalarning texnik tanaffuslari keskin kamayadi, ularning xizmat muddati uzayadi hamda favqulodda ta’mirlash xarajatlari sezilarli darajada qisqaradi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, og‘ir texnikalarni raqamli monitoring qilish bo‘yicha zamonaviy yechimlar uzoq muddatli barqarorlikka erishish, texnologik jarayonlarni takomillashtirish hamda operatsion samaradorlikni oshirishda muhim innovatsion yo‘nalishlardan biridir.
Abstract: The process of digitalizing the operation of heavy equipment as well as enabling their real-time monitoring in key industries such as construction, mining, and infrastructure is becoming an important tool for reducing costs and increasing production efficiency. The implementation of modern technologies including advanced sensors, the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) makes it possible to remotely monitor equipment conditions, detect malfunctions at early staGES, as well as organize predictive maintenance. As a result, equipment downtime is significantly reduced, service life is extended, and the costs of emergency repairs considerably decrease. In conclusion, modern solutions for digital monitoring of heavy machinery represent one of the key innovative directions for achieving long-term sustainability, improving technological processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
