Annotatsiya:Ushbu tadqiqot ishida TIMSS, PISA, AGMA va TALIS xalqaro baholash dasturlarining ta'lim sifatini oshirishdagi roli va ahamiyati yoritilgan. Xalqaro baholash dasturlari global miqyosda ta'lim tizimlarining samaradorligini o'lchash va taqqoslash uchun ishlab chiqilgan muhim vositalardir. Ular mamlakatlarga o'z ta'lim siyosatlarini tahlil qilish, kuchli va zaif tomonlarini aniqlash hamda xalqaro standartlar bilan solishtirish imkonini beradi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi xalqaro baholash dasturlarining mohiyatini o'rganish, ularni ta'lim sifatini oshirishga ta'sirini tahlil qilish hamda milliy ta'lim tizimini takomillashtirish bo'yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot davomida qiyosiy tahlil, statistik ma'lumotlarni o'rganish va tizimli yondashuv usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, ushbu xalqaro dasturlarda ishtirok etish ta'lim sifatini oshirish, o'quv dasturlarini modernizatsiya qilish, o'qitish metodlarini takomillashtirish hamda ta'lim tizimini xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek, diplom ishida milliy ta'lim tizimini rivojlantirish, o'qituvchilar malakasini oshirish va o'quvchilarning kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish bo'yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
Abstract:This research examines the role and significance of TIMSS, PISA, AGMA, and TALIS international assessment programs in improving the quality of education. International assessment programs are important tools developed to measure and compare the effectiveness of education systems on a global scale. They enable countries to analyze their education policies, identify strengths and weaknesses, and compare with international standards. The main objective of the study is to examine the essence of international assessment programs, analyze their impact on improving education quality, and develop recommendations for enhancing the national education system. The research methods include comparative analysis, statistical data evaluation, and a systematic approach. The results show that participation in these international programs contributes to improving education quality, modernizing curricula, enhancing teaching methods, and aligning the education system with international standards. In addition, the thesis provides practical recommendations aimed at improving the national education system, enhancing teacher qualifications, and developing students' competencies.
