ANNOTATSIYA: Ushbu maqolada mobil ilovalardan foydalangan holda xorijiy til o'rganish jarayoni, xususan yangi leksik birliklar va grammatik tuzilmalarni o'zlashtirishning zamonaviy usullari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda Duolingo, Memrise, Babbel, Rosetta Stone va boshqa mashhur til o'rganish ilovalarining pedagogik asoslari, gamifikatsiya elementlari hamda tizimli takrorlash metodologiyasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Kuzatuv va so‘rovnoma usullaridan foydalanib o‘tkazilgan empirik tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, mobil ilovalar orqali o‘rganuvchilarning motivatsiyasi sezilarli darajada oshishi va leksik-grammatik ko‘nikmalar shakllanish tezligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari til ta’limi sohasida mobil texnologiyalar integratsiyasining istiqbolini baholash imkonini beradi.
ABSTRACT: This article examines the process of foreign language learning through mobile applications, particularly focusing on modern methods of acquiring new lexical units and grammatical structures. The study analyzes the pedagogical foundations, gamification elements, and spaced repetition methodology of popular language learning applications such as Duolingo, Memrise, Babbel, and Rosetta Stone. Based on empirical research conducted through observation and questionnaire methods, it was found that mobile applications significantly increase learners' motivation and positively influence the rate of lexical-grammatical skill formation. The research results allow for assessing the prospects of integrating mobile technologies in language education.
