Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasi bo‘lajak mutaxassislarida rus tilidagi kasbiy kommunikativ kompetensiyani shakllantirishning pedagogik asoslari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda kommunikativ yondashuv, kompetensiyaviy ta’lim hamda integrativ pedagogik texnologiyalarning o‘quv jarayonidagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Muallif xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida rus tilining nafaqat lingvistik vosita, balki kasbiy muloqot, xizmat etikasi va ijtimoiy moslashuvning muhim omili ekanligini asoslaydi.
This article scientifically analyzes the pedagogical foundations of developing professional communicative competence in the Russian language among future specialists in the service sector. The study highlights the role of communicative approaches, competency-based education, and integrative pedagogical technologies in the educational process. The author substantiates that the Russian language in the service sector functions not only as a linguistic tool but also as an important factor of professional communication, service ethics, and social adaptation.
