Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy pedagogik diskursda huquqiy va axloqiy tarbiya tizimlarining integratsiyasi masalalari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Muallif huquqni jamiyatning tashqi tartibga soluvchi mexanizmi, tarbiyani esa insonning ichki ma’naviy imperativi sifatida talqin qilib, ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligini o‘rganadi. Tadqiqotda Sharq mutafakkirlarining adolat konsepsiyalari va G‘arb klassik falsafasidagi huquqiy normalar sintezi asosida “Integrativ huquqiy ong” modeli taklif etiladi. Shuningdek, Yangi O‘zbekiston ta’lim islohotlari doirasida “Inson qadri” tushunchasining huquqiy va ma’naviy jihatlari fenomenologik hamda aksiologik yondashuv asosida tahlil qilingan.
This article provides an in-depth analysis of the integration of legal and moral education systems within contemporary pedagogical discourse. The author interprets law as an external regulatory mechanism of society and upbringing as an internal spiritual imperative of an individual, examining their interdependent relationship. Based on a synthesis of justice concepts from Eastern thinkers and legal norms from Western classical philosophy, the study proposes a model of “Integrative Legal Consciousness.” The article also analyzes the legal and moral dimensions of the concept of “human dignity” within the educational reforms of New Uzbekistan through phenomenological and axiological approaches.
