Annotatsiya: Ushbu tezis oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi tizimida monopolistik tuzilmalarning o'rni va ta'sirini kompleks ilmiy-huquqiy tahlil qiladi. Jahon miqyosida agrar va oziq-ovqat bozorlarida kuzatilayotgan konsentratsiya jarayonlari, ularning iste'molchi narxlariga, mahalliy fermerlar raqobatbardoshligiga va milliy oziq-ovqat mustaqilligiga ta'siri o'rganiladi.
Аннотация: Данная диссертация проводит комплексный научно-правовой анализ роли и влияния монополистических структур в системе продовольственной безопасности. Исследуются процессы концентрации, наблюдаемые на мировых аграрных и продовольственных рынках, их влияние на потребительские цены, конкурентоспособность местных фермеров и национальную продовольственную независимость.
Abstract: This thesis conducts a comprehensive scientific and legal analysis of the role and impact of monopolistic structures within the food security system. It examines concentration processes observed in global agrarian and food markets, their effects on consumer prices, the competitiveness of local farmers, and national food independence.
