Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA: Lishayniklar biologik faol ikkilamchi metabolitlarga boy bo‘lgan simbiotik organizmlar hisoblanadi. Ularning tarkibidagi fenolik birikmalar, flavonoidlar va pigment moddalar farmatsevtika hamda ekologiya sohalarida muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqolada Xantromendoza fallax lishaynigining biologik faol metabolitlari, ularning ekologik vazifasi va amaliy ahamiyati o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida ekstraksiya, sifat kimyoviy reaksiyalari va yupqa qatlamli xromatografiya usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar asosida lishaynik tarkibida antraxinon tabiatli pigmentlar, fenolik birikmalar hamda flavonoidlar mavjudligi aniqlandi. Shuningdek, ushbu moddalar lishaynikning ultrabinafsha nurlanishdan himoyalanishi, ekologik moslashuvchanligi va bioindikatorlik xususiyatlarida muhim rol o‘ynashi qayd etildi. Olingan natijalar Xantromendoza fallax lishaynigining tabiiy biologik faol moddalar manbai sifatidagi istiqbollarini ko‘rsatadi.

ABSTRACT: Lichens are symbiotic organisms rich in biologically active secondary metabolites. Phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and pigment substances found in lichens are of great importance in pharmaceutical and ecological fields. This article investigates the biologically active metabolites of Xantromendoza fallax lichen, their ecological role, and practical significance. Extraction, qualitative chemical reactions, and thin-layer chromatography methods were used during the study. The results confirmed the presence of anthraquinone pigments, phenolic compounds, and flavonoids in the lichen composition. These substances play an important role in ultraviolet protection, ecological adaptation, and bioindicator properties of the lichen. The findings demonstrate the potential of Xantromendoza fallax as a natural source of biologically active compounds.
