Annotation: This article presents a comprehensive structural analysis of Latin and Greek-derived terminology employed within the field of surgery. The research
systematically
examines
the
nomenclature
of
surgical
procedures,
the
terminological representation of preoperative and postoperative phases, and specialized concepts utilized in clinical surgery. By deconstructing the morphological components of operative linguistics, the study highlights the functional significance of Latin as a foundational pillar for both theoretical frameworks and practical applications in the operating theater. The findings emphasize that standardized terminology is essential for ensuring procedural precision, international medical unification, and surgical safety.
